An announcement from HCME Data & Analytics Team

Dear Colleague,

We are writing you to announce the launch of a new Machine Inspection Menu in ConSite Shot, supporting our ongoing digitalization efforts.

 

This new feature helps reduce paperwork and saves time and costs during Receiving Inspection, Pre-Delivery Inspection, and Delivery Service.

 

Key Update - New Machine Inspection Menu

  • Dealers can now perform all three inspections directly within ConSite Shot. Please refer to Appendix II for full operating instructions.

  • Inspection report URLs generated through ConSite Shot Web can now be linked to the History Registration screens for Receiving Date, Pre‑Delivery Date, and Delivery Date (New/Rental).

  • With this enhancement, all machine inspection records - including photo evidence - can be securely stored and used as proof in each historical record.
